The newly customized space includes a cutting-edge R&D/Quality lab, multiple blending/production rooms, and an expanded warehouse. This expansion has enabled us to elevate our production capabilities significantly, allowing for a broad range of capacities, from 250 to 2500 lbs. Our processing rooms ensure the integrity of our products throughout the blending process.
- Stainless Steel Blenders with Rare Earth Magnets: Equipped with rare earth magnets at discharge, our stainless steel blenders guarantee thorough mixing and eliminate any potential contaminants.
- Metal Detection for Quality Assurance: Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes a rigorous metal detection process at the final stage, assuring our clients of pristine, contaminant-free blends.
- Lot Codes and Calibration: All raw materials and
finished products are meticulously assigned lot codes for traceability, ensuring quality control at every step. Our scales are monitored and verified daily.

Our lead time, averaging 10-15 business days, reflects our commitment to swift and efficient service. However, exceptions can be made based on specific requirements.
